MENTAL FITNESS WORKSHOP
Thrive, Not Just Survive

Mental Fitness, based on Factor Analysis research, reveals 10 common ways the mind creates stress and obstacles that get in our way, otherwise known as self-sabotage. These Saboteurs have 10 distinct personality patterns, and with practice we can recognize and intercept them, so they lose their power. When Saboteur power decreases, stress levels go down too.
We’ll also be introduced to the 5 Sage Powers that help us use our mind in positive ways, focusing on being present with what’s happening and generating creating new ideas, while simultaneously growing your empathy muscle, so we can live and navigate our lives with a more open heart & increased happiness.
This in-person workshop is an intensive, science-based course. It requires an open heart, reflection, and willingness to share in a small group.
We will learn, journal, and put in ‘good work’ to help us change our mindset for happier, more productive daily lives.
Please check your calendar to ensure you can commit to the entire 2.5+ hour session and that you are ready to ‘do the work’.

Monthly Guided Meditation with Laura Indigo
Join us the first Monday evening of each month for a grounding guided meditation led by Laura Indigo. We’ll connect, set intentions for the month ahead, and learn different approaches to our practice. The meditation is delivered via Zoom on the first Monday of each month from 7:00 to 8:15. It’s a wonderful way to tap into our parasympathetic systems to help us drift off to sound sleep.

WEEKLY FITNESS CLASSES (via Zoom)

Join us for virtual classes featuring strength, stability, flexibility, and core strength exercises. Small to medium weights and a mat for floor work.

MONDAY MIX • SUPER SET FITNESS
Mondays @ 11:00 via ZOOM
Monday Mix is an intermediate to advanced high-energy class. We work in a superset format that incorporates strength/weight training, cardio, core, and stability exercises designed to improve the endurance and strength of primary muscle groups.
SQUAD STRENGTH
Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 11:00 via ZOOM
SQUAD STRENGTH is a more advanced class that adds more intensity to the MONDAY MIX class.
We work in a different format for each class but all include weight training, core, stability, and flexibility.
30-minute STRETCH
Wednesdays @ 11:00 via ZOOM
This thirty-minute class combines dynamic and static stretching to increase flexibility, mobility, strength, and stability. The benefits of stretching are numerous: reduced stress, increased circulation, better posture, and improved functional movement throughout your day. Give yourself a treat with this quick mid-day class.
