Whether you are just learning or a regular player looking to practice and hone your skills, all are welcome at the Niantic Park courts.
Non-competitive. Friendly. Welcoming.
Bring your sense of humor and be ready to laugh with us while getting fresh air, exercising, and learning/refreshing your skills.

Niantic Park courts require a $5.00 fee

Join us at the Oak Bluffs Library on the 2nd Saturday of every month for a 60-minute strength class.
We’ll learn how to maximize our body weight for a terrific full-body workout you can complete at home.

SUP & KAYAK SOCIAL GATHERINGS
BYOE (Bring Your Own Equipment)

Copying our Amity Island Running Club friends, we’ll exercise then socialize each Tuesday evening at Little Bridge.
Bring your kayak or SUP and join us for fun, casual paddle around Senge Pond. Everyone is welcome. No registration needed. We’ll learn about the Sengekontacket Oar and Paddle Regatta on Sunday, 25 August and maybe even feel strong enough to join the event. 

We’ll meet weekly at 6:30 on Tuesdays in July and August at Little Bridge in Oak Bluffs.
Bring your kayak or SUP and stay for socializing as we watch the sunset.

Join us for virtual classes featuring strength, stability, flexibility, and core strength exercises. Small to medium weights and a mat for floor work.

MONDAY MIX • SUPER SET FITNESS

Mondays @ 11:00 via ZOOM

Monday Mix is an intermediate to advanced high-energy class. We work in a superset format that incorporates strength/weight training, cardio, core, and stability exercises designed to improve the endurance and strength of primary muscle groups.

SQUAD STRENGTH

Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 11:00 via ZOOM

SQUAD STRENGTH is a more advanced class that adds more intensity to the MONDAY MIX class. 
We work in a different format for each class but all include weight training, core, stability, and flexibility.

30-minute STRETCH

Wednesdays @ 11:00 via ZOOM

This thirty-minute class combines dynamic and static stretching to increase flexibility, mobility, strength, and stability.  The benefits of stretching are numerous: reduced stress, increased circulation, better posture, and improved functional movement throughout your day.  Give yourself a treat with this quick mid-day class.

Amity Island Run Club

Monday Runs begin @ 6:00PM •
Meet at Bad Martha’s Brewery for a quick few miles before gathering for pizza, beer and Friends.

Thirsty Thursday Runs begin at 5:30PM

Amity Island Running Club is an all-inclusive group and open to the public. All levels, paces (yes, walkers too), distances, and ages are welcome to join.  Mondays @ (Bad) Martha’s and Thirsty Thursdays are Non-Competitive.
